The Board of Directors is responsible for guiding the secretariat to perform day to day running of the organisation. The BOD is composed of seven members.
The Chairperson, the ViceChairperson, the Secretary General, the Treasurer, two other members, Executive Director as the
Ex-officio. The BOD meets once every quarter.
